Pricing for building and plumbing work
We price each job according to the work needed at your property. We handle brick works, plastering, cement floors, paving, painting, plumbing, tree felling, wood work and carpentry for customers in Hout Bay, the Atlantic seaboard and the Constantia area.
Know what happens before work starts
Physical site visits
When a quotation needs an inspection at the property, a call-out fee applies only to that physical site visit. This fee covers transport costs.

Once we understand the work and, where needed, see the site, we can discuss the quotation with you before the job proceeds.
Booking enquiries
Customers book both site visits and work. There is no deposit to book. Please contact us directly so we can confirm the next step for your request.
